Digital Products – No Refund Policy
At BestMove, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products that enhance your dance journey. Since our products are digital and instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is made.
Exceptions for Refunds
We may consider a refund in the following cases:
✔ Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.
✔ Technical Issues – If the product file is corrupt, inaccessible, or does not work as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be issued.
✔ Incorrect Product Delivery – If you received the wrong file due to a system error, we will provide the correct product or issue a refund.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of the issue.
